For Engagement
Our terms and conditions are outlined in our contracts, with our complementary and Contract Consultation and Design Service inclusions noted here.
Changes
We understand that due to unforeseen circumstances or budget readjustments you may need to make additional changes to designs and specifications, prior to construction, beyond what has been agreed.
We are happy to accommodate changes and revisions for an additional fee. Our complementary and contract inclusions are costed to allow a reasonable amount of time to perfect designs and specifications for clients. Changes and requests beyond that are additional and will be charged at $180/hour ex GST. This work will be invoiced upon delivery of quotes / plans / or other aspect of the project with 14 day payment terms.
Payment terms
Upon issuing of our quote you are given 14 days to accept it and pay a 30% deposit via electronic banking.
When your project is nearing completion we send you a 14 day invoice for the 70% balance to be paid prior to your order being delivered. Please note, your shipment will not leave the factory until this money is received.
Warranty
7 Year Warranty
Eden Made window and door products include a Limited 7 year Warranty for materials and workmanship to homeowners and commercial purchasers.
At the purchaser’s choosing, Eden Made will provide replacement parts necessary to make repairs, without charge, or refund the purchase price of any window or door found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period.
